It is a responsive web tool for creating and maintaining content. Deliberately simplified, it allows those who need to create, consult, update and edit content, to access, through touch mode, both from PCs, tablets and smartphones. 

It is part of the EKR LaunchPad suite of tools based on OpenUI5 technology.
